Orbit Digital
About

Enterprise-grade digital work for businesses that outgrew basic IT support.

Why Orbit exists

The biggest organisations get to secure themselves before AI changes the rules. Everyone else inherits the risk the day it goes public. Orbit Digital exists to close that gap - enterprise-grade security, validation and automation for the businesses too big for basic IT support and too lean for a full in-house team.

Who runs it

Adam Savage

Founder & Director, Orbit Digital

Enterprise technology leader - AI, security, automation and the systems organisations run on.

Sunshine Coast, QLD · Working AU-wide, remote-first

I'm Adam. Sixteen years inside large organisations as a tech leader - security and service management, automation and AI workflows that teams actually rely on. Orbit Digital points that same enterprise-grade toolkit at organisations that can't staff it in-house: validating what attackers and AI can exploit, fixing what matters, and keeping it monitored. The person scoping your work is the same one writing and shipping it. No buffer.

Areas I'm deep on
  • Enterprise IT Leadership

Strategy, delivery and governance for large-org technical operations. Multi-year programs, mixed in-house and vendor teams.

  • Automation & AI Architecture

Structured systems across ticketing, identity, provisioning, billing and reporting - including AI-enabled workflows that earn their place. Agentic where it makes sense, deterministic where it doesn't.

  • Service Management (ITIL)

Change, problem and incident management. Service desk operations. SLA governance at scale.

  • Security, Compliance & Governance

ISO 27001 (the international information-security standard) controls, AU privacy basics, exposure and audit-ready documentation. Built once, holds up under review.

  • MSP Operations

End-user support at MSP scale. Onboarding automation, ticketing workflows, knowledge-base architecture.

  • Digital Transformation

Orbit Digital itself - the same enterprise toolkit, pointed at organisations that have outgrown basic IT support. Fixed-scope, no vague retainers.

How I work
  • Retainers reward vague work. We don't run them.
  • The person scoping the work writes the deliverable.
  • We prove what's actually exploitable, then translate it to plain business impact.
  • Handover docs are written for the person inheriting the system, not the one leaving.
How we work

Find. Fix. Automate. Monitor.

  1. 01

    Find

Find the right starting point. Sometimes that's a full audit, sometimes it's a single conversation about a clear bottleneck.

  2. 02

    Fix

Fix what matters. Scoped, fixed-price work - websites, automations, trust signals or all of the above.

  3. 03

    Automate

Automate the repetitive work where it's safe to do so - follow-up, reviews, reminders, reporting.

  4. 04

    Monitor

Keep the system monitored so issues are caught early and gains don't quietly decay.

Where we work

Sunshine Coast, working across Australia.

Based on the Sunshine Coast, QLD. Most engagements run remotely - secure access, screen-share when it helps, clear handover documentation when it doesn't. In-person on request for Sunshine Coast and Brisbane clients.

Principles we run by
  • Authorised, scoped and read-only wherever possible - we never touch what we're not invited to.
  • Your data stays yours - clear handling, residency and retention rules, including which AI tools ever see it.
  • Diagnose enough before fixing - but not every job needs a full assessment.
  • Every job has a fixed scope: deliverables, exclusions, timeline, acceptance criteria, change request rules.
  • Validate with a retest where the work can be measured.
  • No guaranteed rankings, leads, revenue or AI visibility. We work on the signals; outcomes follow.
  • Plain English, end to end. Nothing in a report you'd need a translator for.
